The Sharonville Convention Center wants your event to be a great success. To help you reach your goals, we offer event marketing support through social media and our website’s events calendar, as well as additional opportunities via electronic signage and our website home page.  In addition, our marketing and public relations manager is on hand to help with media outreach and other communication efforts.

All requests are handled by the marketing and public relations manager and are on an individual/case-by-case basis. Once your marketing request form is submitted, the marketing and public relations team will contact you to create a cohesive and comprehensive marketing plan customized for your event.

LED I-75 Signage

The Sharonville Convention Center owns and operates a state-of-the-art digital billboard facing I-75 which can be seen as you approach Sharon Road when traveling north or southbound. The billboard represents the latest in LED, high-resolution digital advertising and has the potential to be seen by 150,000 vehicles a day.

The Sharonville Convention Center can help you promote your event by displaying your digital artwork, your company’s logo and website, or a full color-static or animated ad 7-14 days in advance of your event. If interested, please contact your sales representative.

Additional Support/Media Outreach

We send our events calendar to major media outlets within the region. Our public relations and marketing manager is happy to discuss media outreach strategies and offer, if needed, advice on writing and disseminating press releases.
